Submitting stolen, used, or invalid cards may result in account suspension, payment reversal, and legal action.

4. Fees and Pricing

XoSeller may deduct a service fee from the value of each transaction. Fees are disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. By proceeding with the sale, you agree to the pricing terms shown.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Submit fake or altered gift cards

Violating these rules may lead to suspension or termination of your account and possible legal consequences.

All content on XoSeller, including logos, software, design, and text, is owned by or licensed to XoSeller. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The XoSeller platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XoSeller and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use.
